I reinstalled it again, and ALL SETTINGS were unfortunately preserved and always the same error (it failed using eac3to)! I had to mess with REGEDIT (deleted all references to BDtoAVCHD) before I got everything up again!!! I uninstalled BDtoAVCHD, deleted all directories, because I wanted a reset and fresh install from BDtoAVCHD.
